Terpenecello by Manu Ptt (@laconfreriedugin)

A cocktail imagined by Manu Ptt from the Gin Brotherhood. A perfect harmony between Tepène Gin and limoncello.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml Secret Spot Gin – Terpène Gin

• 20 ml limoncello – Zeste, Maison Génestine

• 15 ml fresh lemon juice

• 5 ml simple syrup

• 2 crushed timut pepper seeds

• 20 ml egg white (or aquafaba/foamer)

  
  

Instructions:

Dry shake, then shake with ice.Add 3 dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters.
